2 Cups 1” pieces of Ghol Fish
½ cup onion finely chopped
2 teaspoon masala
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Green chilly Paste
Salt to taste
2 Kokum pieces
2 Teaspoon oil
¼ cup chopped coriander
¼ cup water
Mix 1 teaspoon salt with the Fish pieces after 15 minutes wash thoroughly with water.
Mix together Turmeric powder and ground paste of ginger, garlic, green chilly.
Apply the paste on the fish pieces and Marinade for 5-20 minutes
1. Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat, add onion and sauté till light brown.
2. Lower the heat and add marinated fish pieces and stir. Allow to cook for one minute and add salt (Remember that fish has been salted before)
3. Add Kokum, turn the fish pieces, add water, cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes
4. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and serve with Chapati, Bhakri, or rice
